What are the components of hospitality communication?
【概要】ホスピタリティを提供する観光現場のスタッフのコミュニケーション力が顧客満 足に果たす役割は大きいが、本発表では、具体的にどのような知識やスキルが必要である かをインタビューによって抽出した結果を紹介する。
Abstract: The communication skills of staff at tourist sites that provide hospitality play a significant role in customer satisfaction. In this presentation, the speaker will present the results of interviews conducted to identify the specific knowledge and skills required.

「痛みをビジュアル化することで生まれた新しいコミュニケーション:ペインカードが つなぐ心とからだの理解」
New communication produced by visualizing pains: Pain Cards connect understanding between the mind and body
【概要】自身の抱える「痛み」が理解されない場合、その痛みは一層深刻化する。身体と 心は密接な関係にあるからだ。全身が痛くなる線維筋痛症を患う麻酔科医YouTuberが、オ ノマトペとグラフィックで痛みの解像度をあげることができる「ペインカード」を開発し 、コミュニケーションの向上に成功した事例を紹介する。
Abstract: When one's "pain" is not understood, the pain becomes more severe. This is because the body and mind are inextricably linked. The speaker will present the examples of successful communication improvements with "pain cards", which increase the resolution of pain through onomatopoeia and graphics, will be presented. The pain cards were developed by an anesthesiologist YouTuber, who suffers from fibromyalgia, a condition that causes pain throughout the body.
