Banquet at Sake brewery Shushin-kan

Conference banquet will be held at Sake brewery Shushin-kan on August 7 at 17:45-20:45. There will be a free shuttle bus service from the conference venue to the banquet site.

Sake brewery Shushin-kan tour

Prior to the conference banquet at Sake brewery Shushin-kan, we'll have a short sake brewery tour and shopping at the brewery. Please note that participation to the tour requires a reservation. How to make the reservation will be announced in the morning on August 7.

Excursion to RIKEN's K computer

We will have an excursion to RIKEN's K computer on August 7 at 15:05-15:55 after the technical session, which is located next to the conference venue . Participation is free of charge. Please be sure that we handle applications on a first-come and first-served basis. We will stop accepting applications once all the places are taken. (maximum capacity: 65 people)
