Review:

The review process is single-blind (i.e., author(s) cannot see the reviewers.) All submitted manuscripts are sent to two or more reviewers who evaluate them for originality, validity, novelty, methodology, correct citation of relevant work, and the importance of content and conclusions. The submitted papers must not be previously published anywhere and must not be taken into consideration by any other conferences or journal during our review process.

No-Show Policy:

At least one author of each accepted paper must be registered for the workshop. Any accepted paper included in the final program is expected to have at least one author to attend and present the paper in person. The “no-show” papers will not be published by IEEE on IEEE Xplore.

Submission Instruction:

Paper submissions and reviews for IEEE IWCIA2025 will be handled through the EasyChair conference management system.
