(*1) "Student registration" does not permit paper uploads. You or a co-author will need to register at "Full registration" to upload your paper. Each accepted paper needs at least one "Full registration".
(*2) The standard page limit for each paper is 6 pages. Papers can exceed this limit up to 8 pages, at a cost of "Extra page charge" per page.
(*3) The author who registers at "Full registration" can upload and present the additional papers with "Extra paper charge" per paper.
(*4) If you join the workshop, the "Workshop registration" is needed. The register who has only "Full/Student registration" cannot join the workshop.
(*5) The date of Early Registration is until Sep. 10, 23:59 UTC.

Notice

• Each accepted paper needs at least one "Full registration". The registration is needed before the author uploads the camera-ready manuscript.
• One "Full registration" covers the registration of the paper and the participation of one presenter.
• Every participant must register separately. If two co-authors attend, each of them has to register.
• Accepted papers that are scheduled for presentation but not presented at the conference are very disruptive. Any accepted paper that is not presented as scheduled is at risk for not being included in the IEEE Xplore. If none of the authors is able to attend the meeting due to unexpected problems, please arrange for a colleague to present the paper and notify the conference organizers.
