Technology Conference)】
のご案内を申し上げます。

第17回IEEE International Interconnect Technology Conference(IITC)2014は,Advanced Metallization Conference (AMC)
と共同開催となり,5/20から5/23まで米国サンノゼにて開催されます(IEEE Electron Devices Society主催)。本会議はデバイス
だけでなく,回路基板,システムレベル応用も含めたあらゆる観点での広義の配線技術を対象とし,その基礎・応用研究や製造の
課題等のトピックスについて議論します。
本会議に先立ち,5/20には,終日,“Manufacturing of Interconnect Technologies: Where are we now and where do we go
from here?” という内容でワークショップを開催する予定です。
半導体プロセス,設計,装置開発における大学,研究機関, 産業界の研究者・技術者の方々に是非ご投稿・参加頂き,配線構造,
材料の物性,微細構造,及びこれらを形成するプロセス,評価,信頼性などに関し,理論,実験両面から活発な議論を重ねる場と
したいと考えております。

と,オーラル又はポスター発表が決まります。

・ポスター発表:ポスター掲示・討議2時間

採択された論文は修正無しでそのままIEEE conference
proceedingsに掲載さ
れます。
