" CMOS Nanoelectronics scaling and Technology Diversifications "

【概要】

We will explain the different routes that the Nanoelectronics business

is taking to continued progress.

They include the combination of linear scaling as well as the

introduction of 3D integration to continue Moore's law.

As well, heterogeneous integration is possible and offers new

opportunities for functional diversifications to

interface Nanoelectronics to the Multiphysics world.
