Information for Speakers 2022

General Information

The conference will be held in hybrid format. (Kyoto Holl and Zoom online)

^{Regular and poster speakers must attend on Kyoto Holl.}
Key-note and invited speakers can select online or onsite(Kyoto Hall).

The secretariat will inform the speaker one week in advance of Zoom connection information.
Speakers are required to check if the Zoom is connected correctly
during "Break" prior to their presentations.
