3. IEEE EDS Kansai Chapter IMFEDK Best Paper Award (Oral Presentation)

"The IEEE EDS Kansai Chapter IMFEDK Best Paper Awards" will be awarded to
the excellent papers written by IEEE members and presented in the EDS Session.
The paper is honored at the Award Presentation on Nov. 19, 2021
