All speakers must talk in English at this oral session.
The paper should be introduced briefly using a few slide viewgraphs.
The Viewgraphs should be converted to the Adobe@ PDF file, and be sent
Secretariat by Nov 5 (12:00) via email. The viewgraphs must reach us
before the deadline without Fail. Secretariat: (ed15_imfedk@ieee.org)

If you are not using the standard font for PDF, you must make sure that the
font is embedded. The presentation number, for example, "P-01", and the name
of the first author must be used for the name of the attached file.

Please make sure your presentation number in the advanced program
on the IMFEDK website:

The time for the short oral presentation is 2 minutes for each speaker.
After 2 minutes presentation, the speaker is required to finish immediately.
The time schedule of the poster session is very tight and your cooperation
is essential to proceed smoothly. Speakers are required to be prepared
earlier during the session.

2. Poster Presentation ＠break out room

Schedule:　 Nov.18 13:05-14:05 /　Nov.19 13:00-14:00

All Speakers must move to each Break out Room before the session start.
Break out room number is the same as the presentation number.
For example: P-01_Suzuki.
All speakers should be prepared the presentation materials instead of posters.

4. IEEE EDS Kansai Chapter IMFEDK Student Paper Award　

"The IEEE EDS Kansai Chapter IMFEDK Student Paper Award" will be awarded to the
students of IEEE members who have written and presented excellent papers in the
poster session. The first Author is honored at the Award Presentation on Nov 19,2021.
