To the Speakers for "Poster Sessions"
All speakers presenting for the poster session are required to give short oral presentations and poster display presentations. Please read the following instructions.
All speakers must speak in English at this oral session in Jojukan. The paper should be introduced briefly using 1 or 2-page slide viewgraphs. The viewgraphs should be converted to Adobe PDF files and be sent to the Chair by Nov. 10 (12:00) via Googleform . If the form is not available, please contact the secretary via e-mail . The viewgraphs must reach us before the deadline without fail.
If you are not using the standard font for PDF, you must ensure that the font is embedded. The presentation number, for example, "P01," and the name of the first author must be used for the name of the attached file, for example: P01_Suzuki.pdf. Please make sure your presentation number in the advanced program on the IMFEDK website:
The time for the short oral presentation is 60 secondes for each speaker. After the time of presentation, the speaker is required to finish immediately. The time schedule of the session is very tight, and your cooperation is essential to proceed smoothly. Speakers are required to be prepared earlier during the session.
A 90 cm-wide x 210 cm-high (A0 Size) surface board area may be available whole day during the conference. The speakers are asked to put up their displays. Poster board will be available from the beginning of the Day 1. The speakers are requested to remain at their panels throughout the discussion time and to remove their displays after the session.

"The IEEE EDS Kansai Chapter IMFEDK Student Paper Award" will be awarded to the students of IEEE members who have written and presented excellent papers in the poster session. The first author is honored at the Award Presentation on the last day of IMFEDK.
