From January, 2005, the officers have been renewed. In 2005, the new officers will be managing Chapter listening to all members' expectations and needs. Please tell us your opinions and demand via email if necessary.
This Chapter has already held meetings and symposiums on the basis of the close cooperation with the Institute of Electronics, Information and Communication Engineers, Reliability Engineering Association of Japan, Union of Japanese Scientists and Engineers, etc.
From 2001, with cooperation of the Society of Instrument and Control Engineers (Man-Machine System Section), lectures and classes related to reliability and safety of a human machine system have been held.
In the year of 2005, we also would like to increase the chances where we can positively listen to new domains and subjects from people who are actively doing research, not only to hold regular research meetings.
Please look at corresponding links about the details of meetings and symposiums in 2005.
Moreover, Chapter Awards system, which was newly established in 2003, will be enriched further. The guidance about recommendation of the candidates for the prize etc. is going to be given this autumn.
