Obituary of Professor Risaburo Sato The chapters have to announce the sudden death of Emeritus Professor Risaburo Sato of Tohok University with great regret. He passed away on April 12, 2011 at the age of 89. He is not only a distinguished and/or eminent scientist but also the founder of IEEE EMC-S Japan and Sendai Chapters.
