59th IEEE EPS Japan Chapter Evening Meeting Information - Next-generation high-capacity optical transceiver technology - held on September 22, 2023
- Hybrid event between on-site (Furukawa Electric Headquarters, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo) and Zoom
- This evening meeting will focus on high-capacity optical transceiver technology required for next-generation data centers, and will present research results and technology trends regarding key device silicon photonics design technology and high-speed modulation optical devices. Furthermore, we will give a lecture on optical transceivers for Co-Packaged Optics, a new server architecture. A total of three lectures are scheduled, one of which will be in English.
  The meeting will be held in a hybrid format, both on-site at Furukawa Electric's headquarters and online via Zoom.
[Supporting Event] Wednesday, September 13, 2023, Seminar sponsored by the Japan Society of Mechanical Engineers Fundamentals and applications of thermal design using the contents of "Heat Transfer Engineering Textbook (Revised 5th Edition)" as teaching materials.

58th IEEE EPS Japan Chapter Evening Meeting Information ~ ECTC 2023 Special Feature ~ held on July 14, 2023
- Hybrid event of on-site (AIRBIC 1F conference room, Shin-Kawasaki, Kawasaki City) and Zoom
- This evening meeting featured lectures presented at ECTC 2023 held in Orlando from May 30th to June 2nd, including fine bonding technology and millimeter wave compatible mounting technology necessary for high-speed communication inside and outside electronic devices.
  We will carefully select five lecturers who are leaders in cutting-edge technology in their respective fields to give lectures in Japanese (one presentation will be in English).
